Every service below is grounded in the same standard: an opinion that's independent, current, and defensible under cross-examination — whether you retained me or opposing counsel did.

Vocational evaluation services, built for the courtroom.

Areas of Practice

Personal Injury

Assessing how an injury affects a person's ability to work, and quantifying the resulting loss of earning capacity.

Family Law

Evaluating earning capacity for child and spousal support. Including imputation of income and a party's realistic ability to become self-supporting.

Workers' Compensation / Industrial Injury

Analyzing the vocational impact of a work-related injury and the realistic potential for return to work.

Employment Law

Evaluating earning capacity, mitigation, and labor market access in wrongful termination, discrimination, and related matters.

Social Security Disability

Vocational expert testimony regarding a claimant's capacity to work in the national economy.

Earning Capacity & Loss of Earning Capacity Analysis

Using current U.S. Department of Labor and Bureau of Labor Statistics data, I establish a reasoned opinion of pre- and post-event earning capacity — and the loss between them, if any. Built to withstand scrutiny, and to help the trier of fact understand what an injury or disability actually costs someone vocationally and economically.

Employability & Placement Consulting

Beyond whether someone can work — whether suitable jobs realistically exist and are accessible to them, in their actual labor market. Includes job placement consulting, labor market surveys, and occupational analysis.

Vocational Rehabilitation & Return-to-Work Planning

Return-to-work planning, resume preparation, interview training, job search assistance, and post-employment follow-up, grounded in the same evaluative rigor as the litigation work.

Ergonomic Evaluations & Worksite Assessments

From a standard on-site evaluation to a comprehensive medical-legal assessment — reviewing job demands, medical records, and functional capacity to modify tools, equipment, and workstations so an injury doesn't become a career sentence.

Trial, deposition, arbitration, and administrative hearings. Thousands of Social Security disability hearings since 2017, retained across California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Texas, and Hawaii.

Expert Witness Testimony
